Project inquiries
Submitting the inquiry form sends your service choice, name, contact method, project description and optional details to WEDO’s server. The details are stored in a private inbox protected by administrator sign-in, for responding to the inquiry and discussing a project. They are not placed in page URLs or sent as analytics event data.
To understand how an inquiry reached us, the form includes a limited source category and site page paths without URL parameters. These are held in this browser’s session storage for a 30-minute attribution window. Source information may be unavailable or based only on a visitor-supplied campaign label. Abuse prevention uses short-lived request counters and one-way, daily IP hashes, rather than storing raw IP addresses in the inquiry record.
If company email notifications are enabled, the inquiry is also passed to Resend to deliver a notification to WEDO’s company inbox. Email acceptance and website receipt are recorded separately. To ask about your submitted information, request a correction or discuss removal, contact WEDO using the details below.
Optional Google Analytics
When a GA4 measurement ID is configured, the website asks for consent before loading Google Analytics. Declining does not affect browsing or inquiries. After consent, analytics may use cookies to measure page views, service and portfolio views, contact actions, form starts and confirmed website receipt. We exclude names, phone numbers, email addresses, form text and URL query parameters from our event payloads. A phone or email click is not counted as a received inquiry.
You can change this choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent Google analytics events; existing cookies can be cleared through your browser settings. The consent preference is stored locally. The existing Cloudflare analytics service described below is separate.
Films, spatial tours and fonts
The site includes YouTube films, Realsee spatial tours and Google Fonts. Loading these services connects your browser to their providers, who may receive your IP address, browser information and interaction data under their respective policies.
Interactive experience progress
The Eternal Archive uses a necessary, anonymous session cookie to resume your progress on this browser. Your initial guesses, collected evidence, answers and completion record are stored on the website server. The session expires after seven days; expired records are removed during subsequent session creation. No name or email is required. Clearing the cookie removes this browser’s access to that progress.
Site operation
Cloudflare provides hosting and delivery and may process requests and technical logs to operate and secure the service. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, referral sources, devices and page performance so we can improve our content and website experience. This analytics service does not use cookies or local storage to identify visitors, and we do not send project inquiry form contents as analytics data. The website has no advertising trackers.
