Two half-day events can need very different crews when one has a single stage and the other has concurrent sessions. Share the running order, venue and deliverables so capture, editing and optional items can be discussed separately.

Deliverables and usage
Discuss selected photographs, a highlight film or recordings of specific sessions. Agree on counts, duration, delivery dates and urgent edits before booking.
One camera cannot cover simultaneous events in different areas. Lighting, the sound system, access and last-minute schedule changes affect the material available.
