Event photography & video
Document the people, atmosphere and moments that matter. Plan photography and video around the running order, with a clear purpose for each deliverable.
What we plan together
- Review the running order and essential moments
- Plan coverage for locations and simultaneous activities
- Photo selection or video editing; discuss live streaming and multi-camera needs separately
From brief to delivery
- Review the schedule and venue information
- Confirm camera positions, audio access, arrival and contacts
- Cover the event and coordinate changes with the organiser
- Select or edit, review and deliver
What to prepare
- Running order, venue plan, duration and attendance
- Key people, branding and restricted areas
- Deliverable use, deadlines and any live-stream needs
Deliverables
Discuss selected photographs, a highlight film or recordings of specific sessions. Agree on counts, duration, delivery dates and urgent edits before booking.
Scope & limitations
One camera cannot cover simultaneous events in different areas. Lighting, the sound system, access and last-minute schedule changes affect the material available.
What shapes the quote
Event hours, crew, simultaneous camera positions, audio and streaming requirements, edit length and turnaround.
Each project is assessed individually. Confirm the scope and quote before commissioning.
Common questions
Can one person cover photos and video?+
When moments happen simultaneously, separate roles help avoid missed coverage. Staffing depends on the schedule.
Is same-day delivery possible?+
Discuss on-site editing, staffing, media transfer and approval arrangements first. It requires a different plan from standard delivery.
