Deliverables
Agree on film length, highlights or ceremony coverage, subtitles and music direction. Public portfolio use needs separate agreement.
Scope & limitations
Ceremonies cannot be repeated. Discuss camera access and sound in advance. Documentary coverage does not guarantee a close-up of every guest or replace event coordination.
What shapes the quote
Coverage hours, travel between venues, cameras, film length and additional versions.
Each project is assessed individually. Confirm the scope and quote before commissioning.
