Good collaboration starts with clear communication. Whether we are making a film, covering an event or capturing a space, we agree on the goals and scope so each stage has something concrete to work towards.
01 / The conversation
Tell us about your audience, intended use, location and timeline. A direction is enough to start; we can work out the details together.
We discuss a practical production approach, scope, deliverables and budget, including what the brand or venue needs to provide.
02 / Creative planning
Film projects may need a script, interview outline and shot plan. Spatial projects need capture areas, key viewpoints and presentation content.
Once the direction is agreed, we arrange crew, equipment, locations and access. Contributors, site restrictions and event schedules are considered here.
03 / On location
The agreed plan guides filming, multi-camera coverage, livestream production or spatial capture. A clear on-site contact helps coordinate people, scenes and access.
If the scope or timing changes on the day, we discuss the impact with your contact and agree on how to keep the essential moments covered.
04 / Post-production & review
Films move through footage organisation, editing, colour and sound. Spatial projects move through capture processing, tour assembly and information placement.
Consolidate feedback with timecodes for films or viewpoints for tours. Revisions and schedules follow the scope agreed for the project.
05 / Delivery & use
We check the agreed films, imagery or tours, including formats, versions and playback. When embedding on a website or display, the viewing experience matters too.
Tour hosting, maintenance and later film versions can be arranged around the way you plan to use the work.
